OBERAMMERGAU PASSSIONSSPIELE 2022 SILK TROUSERS JESUS

every 10 years the bavarian village of oberammergau shows the life and death of jesus christ. Over 2,000 actors, i.e. almost half of the residents of Oberammergau take part in the festival. All actors are residents of Oberammergau. Only Oberammergau natives or people who have lived there for at least 20 years have a right to take part in the games. This tradition holds on for over 400 years.

due to COVID the festival was moved to 2022. this special occasion merits a commemorative twin set consisting of a shirt and trousers.

The silk is intricately woven with an "OBERAMMERGAU PASSIONSSPIELE 2022" band that braids itself in the shape of a helix over the whole body. An ultra high definition acidic print depicting roses, blood and stone as a symbol for the eternal passion of jesus christ
